Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Hi Ross, We are in the
same position as George, Sydney is a long way to travel from Ballarat. I
would be keen in understanding more about this Metadata, although we
have been recording all traffic in and out of our network for the past 2
years already and holding it for 14 days - not sure if this is what the
Metadata is supposed to be. In any means we would be interested in an
ISP Special Interest Group Regards, Matthew Matters Managing Director /
CEO of Aus Net Servers Australia Pty Ltd Management Department | Small
Business Hosting Sales & Services | Aus Net Servers Australia Pty Ltd P
1300 933 038 | M 0402 711 135 | E (snip

As far as I am aware, Web Hosting companies are not affected at all, by
the new MetaData laws, as they only affect ISPs as defined in the
Broadcasting Services act 1992.
These new laws don't have any impact on business to business activity
either.
So unless your an ISP selling to residential users you have nothing to
worry about.
