We saw the same drop but unfortunately no routes are being received, looking at ways to static route around it now.

We saw a BGP flap on an IP Line service in Equinix Sydney.  11:09 AEST, down then back up in 3 seconds, expected number of routes still being received.

Other AAPT IP Line services in Brisbane, Melbourne, elsewhere in Sydney were not affected.
