[AusNOG] Site Visit - Sydney - Line/MDF Technician - ASAP

My colleagues tell me that Optus ULL have fast/stutter dial tone on them. I
could have sworn there was a provider out there pushing "this is a data
line, do not use" recordings down the voice part of the pair, to stop
sneaky field techs from reusing the pairs to fix a fault.
