[AusNOG] ADSL/Voice issue, Baffled..

One thing may be to request LD be brought over to Exetel as a new order,
so they can't say they no longer have it. I was of the impression that
Optus ULL products don't have the separation of Local/LD, only Telstra
Rebill services do.
If they refuse to lodge a fault on the service, TIO is always an option,
or churning to another provider who has access to Optus ULL products.
(Assuming the ULL products as you said Optus infrastructure)
Ultimately its a user problem to take up with ISP and/or TIO so I doubt
there is much that people can do for you on-list.
