[AusNOG] Telstra routing issues?

We received a huge burst of alarms between 20:40 and 21:08 this evening from external monitoring going via Telstra - looks like majority of packets being dropped. Unclear if it’s only impacting Telstra-External networks, or whether it’s impacting Telstra-Telstra customer communications as well.
