[AusNOG] Telstra routing issues?

Yep looks to be something going on - Equinix->Telstra is horrendously slow
(read: downloads from the DC at 150kbytes/sec instead of maxxing out my DSL
@800k/sec.  Dodo->Telstra is no better.   Vocus->Telstra is faster, but not
in a stable way (up and down between 150kbytes/sec and 700kbytes/sec), and
I keep seeing equinix-advertised IP ranges totally disappear from Telstra
for a minute at at time.
