[AusNOG] Forcefully Migrating Domain

If the domain is a .au then they are not allowed to have the contact email
set to the host unless the client asked for that. Best bet would be to
lodge a complaint to auDA here:
http://www.auda.org.au/about-auda/our-services/submit-an-industry-complaint/
This is only for .au but
I believe that the owner can also send a letter head to auDA with the ABN
and a signature to retrieve the domain password so you can move it away.
