I believe you can walk in and buy stuff in store without an account, atleast
that's what ive heard, so hearsay  really,

But ive purchased over $300 of cabling from them for personal use before,
and didn't need an account, but that was online

That is odd, have been using 4cabling for awhile and they only deal direct
with business have not received a direct email from them to date. 
As far as I'm aware you can't even just walk in and buy something without
having an account for you business/company.

They aren't the cheapest place around but they have quality stuff, good
variety and the service is good.
