That is odd, have been using 4cabling for awhile and they only deal 
direct with business have not received a direct email from them to date. 
As far as I'm aware you can't even just walk in and buy something 
without having an account for you business/company.

They aren't the cheapest place around but they have quality stuff, good 
variety and the service is good.
