[AusNOG] Pipe service delivery and support/NOC

Hi Guys,

I sent an email to PIPE support/MACD last Monday and until now there is no
response.  I have been trying to call them this afternoon on 1800 201 100
but can only get through IVR/voicemail.

My PIPE inquiry is not urgent but are there any issues with their support
center/NOC at the moment.
