[AusNOG] Optus PTR records

Optus business?  Business will definitely do this.  You need to email the
business helpdesk, specifying your account number, DSL username, and the IP
address and PTR record you want, and it gets done within a couple of days.

If you have trouble finding the helpdesk email, I can probably dig it out
of an email backup.  Though I got to the helpdesk the first time by
emailing said details to hostmaster at optus.net.au, and they replied with the
correct helpdesk email :)
