[AusNOG] Procurve POE Switch RTP issues

I was not aware of that! I've done countless installs with procurves in the
past, and have never ran into this issue. However, this doesn't mean it
can't be the issue..
Im assuming there's no way to get a pcap either? Pcaps solve almost all
voice issues!
