[AusNOG] Network mapping Tool/Software

We have a very strictly followed cabling standard so we have some overall
visio drawings that represent an easy for someone to figure out what's
going on higher level but nice detail/rarely needs to be modified
documentation. We also have some customize/in house software used to
database exactly what is where that drives the configs for some monitoring
software and wraps it into 1 interface.

Obserivum is a pretty interesting tool and really useful as it's
auto-maintaining and the only real changelog of what happened over time for
networking devices (and servers, pdus, etc) if you use it that way.
