[AusNOG] Anyone from tpp on list?

As I tried to say last night the call centre staff should not be held responsible for their bosses inactions. I am aware I came across as raciest but I truly was just trying to portray my point that sending jobs offshore may seem like a good idea on the bottom dollar but will come back and bite you in the ass. I have lots of friends in India and the Phillipines. They couldn't be any nicer people in the world and they do not deserve the abuse they get from us Aussies but as I always say it's the employers (who will remain nameless) that have no care for their customers just want to make as much profit as possible.

That is true I'm afraid, anything support relayed I've dealt with offshored to that part of the world is close to useful as tits on a bull and I think its pathetic you play the race card on anyone who thinks that way, experience says it all, you dsiagree ahhh yes but we all know why, because your the one not hiring aussie staff and sending aussie jobs to  offshore (and I'm not singling out just India here, I'm referring to anywhere  offshore)
