[AusNOG] Optus/Uecomm Fibre Outage

Well they aren't, we have had 7 hours outage with a failed data board on an
e-line and they cannot escalate? This is the 2nd outage in 4 days first one
lasted 30+ hours. This one has been 7 hours and no one know whats
happening...... VERY poor form, I was even promised and promised calls and
no one has called.
