[AusNOG] Metadata retention... it's now (almost) a thing

I'll be interested to see a definition of a "communication" and how that
translates to the ISO stack. They don't seem to have anticipated proxies,
tunnelling, encryption or steganography.

Even (forbid) they expect netflows on everything, I doubt that will give
them what they think they need.
