Hey Damien :D

I did actually reboot the secondary router before, but it still has not brought up the session, its sitting in Active Connect status, very similar to the status the session to your router has on my peering router :D, that’s a private issue tho and will discuss with you later :D

Ive had it confirmed that the gateway is responding from other networks which is a start, just need to work out why my side does not work.. back to investigation I go

Daniel

Have you configured that V6 interface since the last reboot? if so, try rebooting, I've found vyatta to have inherited Debian's extreme crappines at configuring V6 - usually you need to manually configure the interface, or just give it a reboot..

BTW, I can ping ::1, but not ::1 from this end..

Gday Guys

Just wondering if anybody on-list has ever seen the issue I will describe below,

We have setup our interface with 2400:d400:ffff:5332:4::1/126

We try and ping our gateway of 2400:d400:ffff:5332:4::

However when we ping the gateway we get a response from 2400:d400:ffff:5332:4::1 with a valid pong ms response

If anybody knows how I can resolve this, would be highly appreciated

Daniel
