I think you've made a connection to an Industry Body and the Rack Central
thing that wasn't meant.

We need an industry body for a variety of purposes, mostly to represent our
concerns to Government.

A body could also help organise something that facilitates some sort of
reporting service - whether themselves, or outsourced to a professional
provider of these kinds of things.
