[AusNOG] Can you get Static IP's on Telstra Cable?

There is some black magic to get you from BP Cable to Telstra Business
cable, and then there they seem to be more static than BP, but the average
home BP connection is basically static anyway, even hours of outage it is
the same.

Not sure you can still get this however, last attempt a year ago failed.
Maybe read the threads on similar question RE 4G/LTE last mo.
