[AusNOG] Network event LAX/PAIX latency

Evening Noggers,

After some extensive troubleshooting I seem to have identified some event
in LA. More as an FYI than something most AU members will want to know, but
,, Haven't seen anything on NANOG unless I'm blind, but it seems to be
impacting every provider I've tested (3/4 tier1s, half tier2s etc).

Unsure of starting datetime and waiting from responses from upstreams, but
if you are seeing higher latency via west coast USA, this might be the
cause. And not just from AU or asia, but from LA to misc US locations.
Seeing double usual ping, or +30-90ms on for example AU to UK.
(telstraglobal level3, telstraglobal-tinet etc)

I don't expect to reply to this thread any further, but thought someone
might benefit from my hour of mtr/tracerouting.

Cheers!
