[AusNOG] Private Link - India

Tata would sell me something like this from AU to SG, I assume they could
do the same to IN.

But as Robert just said, the price seemed a little stupid, but then again
you get 100% A to B managed guarantee from a single provider (still
multiple failure points, but...)
