[AusNOG] Symantec.Cloud Web.URL Filtering

What happens when you multi thread download, is it still stuck to 5Mbit?

And, what speed do you get (1 thread?) when going direct?

I've troubleshot many of these issues over the years, not with Symantecs
product, but other similar ones.
