Guys, everyone relax.

The two issues here I see are: a) people being dicks, b) people biting back.

Please just try to ignore people being dicks... makes you the better man
(or woman).

Daniel... You are young and have a lot to contribute... just get your feet
faster before the old generation with little tolerance lose their cool.

Guys, not everyone is going to know exactly how to handle themselves... so
we need to help the next generation.  That said, they need to be willing to
listen.
