[AusNOG] OOB SMS / Voice alerts to mobile phone

The email from my monitoring system also goes to my asterisk box, which 
has a simple english-to-voice converter. If it's in the day/time period 
I'm accepting calls for a particular class of alarms, my asterisk box 
calls my mobile and "speaks" me the message.

Not elegant, but works.
