Which oddly doesn't mention that anyone capable of installing a Windows
program can have IPv6 for free via Freenet or IPv6Now (and a few others
besides). People capable of doing a little more tinkering can use a
tunnel from Hurricane Electric. Instructions abound on the 'Net.

Hm. Take with a large grain of salt. Though the idea of a special Teredo
network for XBox only does kinda make sense, at least in a world where
large numbers of XBox owners don't have native IPv6.
