This isn't correct. Strictly speaking.

Copyright infringement is not "doing things against T&Cs". It has a legal
definition based on... ya know, laws. We've done this on the AusNOG list
before, and SAGE-AU, and Reddit, and bloody everywhere. If anyone is
infringing copyright, Netflix is by giving you the content in violation of
the intellectual property distribution agreements they have with
publishers. Netflix's ToS says that it's not available to people outside
of the territories they officially service, so Netflix is more than welcome
to cut you off for violating those terms of service. Which I'm sure
they'll be enthusiastically doing to make sure their subscriber numbers and
revenue stay down, a key performance indicator for video SPs I hear.

How? If literally every single Australian man, woman and child signed up
for Netflix they'd get 20 million subscribers. We're a tiny country down
the bottom right, there is no pent up huge demand for literally anything
here on a global scale. They already have subscribers here. Why upset the
publishers who want to continue geopricing things by taking subscribers
over the table when you can take the ones that really want your service
under it and not upset your publishers?
