[AusNOG] Huawei Enterprise kit

I think that vendor selection should always be more about just cost.

You should be considering:

- Available skill pool of engineers
- Vendor support, training, etc
- Distribution and supply held
- Partners and expertise
- Quality and compatibility

We considered becoming a Huawei partner for networking kit at one point as
we were working with them on another project (STB).

Their kit looked pretty ok. Reasonable price... but they were the easiest
to deal with, choose a blah distributor (at the time), and their training
courses cost a significant amount... and one rule I operate on... I don't
ever pay to sell a vendors product... It is their job to find the right
partners and skill them up.

I also felt that the market in Australia wasn't that tolerant to Huawei at
the time.

This was 2 years ago, so a lot (most likely) may have changed.
