[AusNOG] another ipv6 Q

Oops sorry being cryptic again

So I have 202.74.32.0/24 this equates to 2002:ca4a:2000::/48  (6to4 seems to be the right acronym) 
Why don't I ( and other people who own ipv4 space) use this space ?
