Yes, not long ago something similar came up.
I recommended the Dynamix RPSW10A8 which is 1RU, 8x IEC C13 Outlets,
switched, web-managable (unsure about a CLI option!) metered and so-on.
There is also a 16A version.
In NZ you can get these from Computer Dynamics (cdlnz.com)
If you search the archive someone posted an AU based suppleir for these
too IIRC.
APC have one (and I know it has both serial and telnet support in
addition to web); the 16A vendor part number (VPN) is AP7821.
APC in NZ are distributed by Westcon Group or Ingram Micro.

PS: Had a bad experience with an Eaton branded managed PDU recently -
not particularly keen on them.
