Good bosses care about their staff and the issues in their lives. I was
mainly referring to those who are looking for work... don't open the door
and say 'Hi, I have problems', because it will have most employers backing
away. No one knows you yet and no boss goes looking for troubled employees
unless it is part of a special programme...
