We lost our TPG client EFM handoff at about 7:55pm Melbourne time. Still seeing the other side of our cross connect at L2 but nothing beyond that. TPG transit over a separate hand-off is still up though.

To save anyone the half an hour wait to TPG’s NOC, they have provided the helpful info of an “Unknown network fault” with no ETR.
