I think everyone just needs to grow up and move on. If you don’t like something then don’t bother replying personally or on the list.
This list is the only contact I have with the major upstream carriers and the datacentres. I try to use it sparelying keeping in mind its sole purpose is designed for is for L3 network connectivity but there is no other list for L2 or L1

I also agree in part with both Mike and Damien,
Whilst most of the time I am the target of such responses, it would be a much cleaner and smoother place that if you have an issue with a post IGNORE IT and move on with your day
Everyone complains on this list about the off topic posts that I make, yet you yourself whom respond with inflammatory things are off topic yourself?
Just my opinion of course.
Daniel.

This is Mike's first post in two weeks??
And I've gotta say, I have to agree with his post. If people who were annoyed by a post just hit the 'mute' button (assuming their mail client has such a function), rather than replying with something inflammatory, Ausnog would be much more useful place :)

How about you keep your trolling to other thread, PRK kicked off a new thread with valid questions and your rhetoric should not have been for this thread, the other one, sure, but not this one, again, I think he has a valid question, whether you like it or not.

Good evening, I reply to this thread with trepidation, hopeful that I don't
end up perpetuating discussion along the lines of the one/s that initiated
this ;)
