[AusNOG] Glovine Servers OFFLINE!

This list isn’t the support forum or helpdesk for Glovine, contact them to deal with it, if you can’t get through to them what makes you think that people on this list have a back door into their business for support needs ?
 
There are enough emails going through all of our mailboxes every day without support issues for ISP’s coming through here as well.
 
I’m sorry that you are having issues but it’s not our problem, if it were a major carrier then perhaps it’s a good idea to ask here, but not a server hosting company or some other smaller provider.

I am not going to be threatened by people into closing this thread down. I am asking for help to get my services back online that has been offline for over 12 hours now.
 
I am not interested in a fighting match, I am trying to get issues fixed

As writing this I have 2 servers that are responding the other 3 are not responding and time out after the border router.
 
Lodged a support ticket hours ago and have not heard anything. Tried getting in contact with the infamous Daniel Watson to get the issue resolved but his phone is switched off ( Not Surprised) 
 
Thinking Legal Action? 
 
If anyone can help it would be much appreciated. My glowing reputation with our clients is being damaged by the minute and I suspect that this is being done on purpose after I submitted a ticket last night saying I was terminating servers and moving as soon as ME1 opened.
 
P.S This is the reason why I don’t like datacentres or relying on other people.. because stuff like this happens. I thought Telstra was a joke well this takes the cake!
