[AusNOG] AWS Direct Connect - EC2 with Public Address

All, this has been solved... I now have EC2 instances with live IP
addressing over an BGP peering on Direct Connect via Megaport VxC.
To the AWS guys, Cameron at Megaport and a few of those off-list, thanks
for your help... it was a mental gymnastics to understand the
point-and-click world of AWS Networking, but I (mostly) understand it now.
Now to try to break/take it to its limits :)
