Uh, PIPE Networks was bringing down costs long before megaport was a twinkle Bevan's eye.

Between the IX, dark fibre and PPC-1. Competition was brought to many parts of the market.

With PPC-1 having the quickest direct impact on transit prices.

As it broke the duopoly pricing of AJC and southern cross.
