[AusNOG] Issue with configuration on VYOS

As long as the router is booting from hard disk, there is some reason it's
not saving the configuration correctly.

VyOS is exactly the same as Vyatta - you need to "commit" the config first,
then "save" it. Their user guide is actually pretty good and in-depth on
their website.
