ie complete netflow logs of all traffic everywhere on your network (on-net  or transit, too bad if all you collect is RADIUS accounting, now you MUST netflow on every interface).

ie suck it up princess, NOBODY is going to help you fund the increased cost of collecting this, or storing it for non-trivial periods of time, or building a system to accept/track/respond to requests.
