IINET also acquired Netspace, Westnet, Transact ACT and Neighbour Hood
Cable so the IP Address might be from there range - go to BGP.HE.NET with
the IP Address as required(to verify BGP ASN within IINET Group) the whois
lookup.

Telstra has multiple BGP ASN 1221 for Domestic, ASN 4637 Telstra Global and
residential or other service from Bigpond might have there own BGP ASN  do
lookup and whois on IP Address to lookup there NOC.

Optus has ASN 7474 for Business, Wholesale and Mobile and Consumer is
ASN4804(from the former Microplex Acquisition) as example to compare with
Telstra.

Gday Guys

Anybody have any contact details for IINET, Telstra and AINS?  I need to
give them a call and alert them to the fact they have a heap of IP's used
in NTP Reflection attacks that were used against our network this evening,
