Yep, Valve are very open about allowing operators run their own internal
"SteamPipe" CDN nodes or caching in some other manner.
Also, AS32590 (Valve Corp) peers direct on Equinix Sydney now which is
where I see Valve5.cs.steampowered.com <http://valve5.cs.steampowered.com/>
and Valve6.cs.steampowered.com <http://valve5.cs.steampowered.com/>
