can we petition they be rid the idiots that suggested and the other idiots
that agreed to a poi per metro. Its brilliant strategy if your an incumbent
wanting to make it high entry cost to compete on a national rsp
perspective, but a royal pain in the behind if you're < tier 1, 1.5
carrier.  I suppose 200+ is better then 5000+
