[AusNOG] smart hands in newcastle

I have a client with a small branch office in newcastle (cbd) that is 
having some problems with their VoIP service (drop outs and "sounding 
like a robot").

I was wondering if there was anybody with an hour to spare in newcastle 
who could assist with diagnosing what is going on.
So some experience with VoIP would be helpful, the ability to run a 
packet capture, and perhaps a spare ADSL2 modem (which I have sneaking 
suspicions about).
