[AusNOG] Telstra to China Mail's postal service thingo

Fair enough. Considering I could get to it from hosts on other networks I
thought it might be a relevant problem inside Telstra or from their link to
BJ Telecom and potentially affecting more than just my example website.
It's absolutely not worth the time and effort trying to explain to Bigpond
support levels 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 7 again what the problem is,
only to be told to powercycle my modem and then receive an SMS an hour
later saying the ticket's closed and it still doesn't work. I'll just use
the other provider access I have until the package arrives :)
