[AusNOG] Telstra to China Mail's postal service thingo

Takes much the same path for me going via NTT international, hits 
bjtelecom.net and conines the same as yours. (Not Telstra)

I'd probably say this is more a residential problem you should be 
talking to your relevant support desk about, rather than bringing up on 
a NOG.
