[AusNOG] Adhoc Off-Shore Support for End Users?

Hi all,

I have a couple of customers looking to outsource BASIC end user support
off-short.

They run wireless hot-spots and while they have engineers to technically
build the infrastructure, they don't really want to take end-calls from
end-users.

The number of calls will be minimal, so more a shared service for basic PC
support would be best.

Does anyone have a Filipino contact that provides this kind of service?
Or even suggest another location.

I think somewhere that has good english with a good accent would be best.
