[AusNOG] Class-0 messages not delivering inside Optus network

Wouldnt you be better off contacting the API provider so they can
start looking in to things from their side? Surely they would be able
to start escalating up the chain.

Someone here might happen to know, but if/when you will get a response
from them ....
