[AusNOG] NextDC M1 - Out of band transit needed

Hey all,

I have someone looking for a cross-connect with minimal transit (1mb) and a
static IP for some out-of-band access.

They are in the main M1 hall, and not in one of the cages.  If you can
easily cross-connect and delivery a service like this cheaply, please drop
me a line and I will forward it to the party needing it.
