[AusNOG] Telstra 3g connections and port filtering in the Brisbane area

Could also be an issue with Telstra's transparent proxy service that they
run over their NextG networks.  I've seen that do strange things in the
past (including reporting itself as if it's part of the destination
infrastructure rather than the carrier infrastructure).
