[AusNOG] Pipe/Equinix Peering Costs

Dodo appear to use Telstra and Optus for transit, so they're not going to be different to those.

Reality is that there are only a few direct paths to the US - some use only direct (eg. Optus on SCCN, Telstra on SCCN/Endeavour) some use a mix (TPG, iiNET with SCCN and PPC1).

So, the differences without any congestion are slight in the scheme of things.
