[AusNOG] Is anyone else sick of Tony abbot claiming Malcolm Turbull invented the internet.

Mmm, UUCP to connect, that brings back memories! We (IEAust) used to
bring up an ISDN connection on our Firstclass BBS server to Connect in
Melbourne at 6am and 6pm to gateway through email and newsgroups. I
seem to remember having to blacklist the unimelb ftpmail gateway, as
folks were running up our ISDN bill quite painfully! Hmm, I note that
warrane still resolves!

Wow, I just realised I've had the same email address for 20 years!
Though I do use that email address as a spamtrap to feed our maia
mailfilter now ;)
