[AusNOG] Issues Routing to Port-Hedland Port Authority

Site loads fine for me from Amcom, iiNet and Telstra (DSL).

All traceroutes seem to die after por1077252.lnk.telstra.net (139.130.189.30), which would indicate that there's a firewall or something else blocking ICMP.

Regards,
-Brad.

Subject: [AusNOG] Issues Routing to Port-Hedland Port Authority

Hi Guys

I've got limited resources to test this from, but is anyone noticing
issues getting the Port-Hedland Port Authority website (www.phpa.com.au)?

From my tests it seems that I can to get them to anything bar landline
/ fibre based Telstra services (seems to get stuck inside Telstra's
transit somewhere), "downorjustme" seems to flap between up and down
states for it.

Anyone able to confirm similar issues?

Thanks
- Jacob
